What is it you do on Committee? As secretary my role is to let people know about meetings relevant to them and taking minutes. I also deal with getting information out to those required and the correspondence of that information thereafter. I am also involved in maintaining membership records, working with the treasurer and keeping relations with other associations pleasant. Basically Hodge’s general dogsbody!!
